THE CHALLENGE

Beginning mid-November 2015, Acorn was tasked with creating an influencer activation using blogs, a curated Pinterest board, and social amplification to drive brand awareness, create recipes, and generate buzz around select Tyson and Hillshire Foods products available at Walmart.

THE SOLUTION

  • Focusing on influencers who had previously created content for Walmart and that are passionate about food and holidays, Acorn hand-selected key bloggers and social amplifiers that had a knack for high-res photography and were highly engaged on Pinterest.
  • Additionally, Acorn engaged our in-house Pinterest curator to create and manage the “Memorable Holidays” Pinboard specifically for this campaign.
